How Mission Critical Electric handles the information you send us through this website.
Who we are
This website is operated by Mission Critical Electric. If you have any question about this policy, email info@mcelectric-ca.com or call (602) 819-4021 during office hours, 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us, plus the technical information every web server records.
Information you give us
When you complete the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, the type of work you have selected, and whatever you write in the message field. We use this solely to respond to your inquiry and to prepare a quote.
Information collected automatically
Our web server keeps standard access logs. These record the IP address making the request, the browser and operating system in use, the pages visited and the time of the visit. Logs are used to keep the site running and secure, and are not used to build a profile of you.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. We do not use it for automated decision making or profiling.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and, where the inquiry becomes a project, for as long as our records for that project are retained. Server logs are kept for a short period and then discarded.
Who else can see it
Your inquiry is handled by our own staff. Our web hosting provider stores the site and its data on our behalf, and can technically access it in the course of maintaining the service. We do not pass your details to anyone else unless the law requires it.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. WordPress, the software the site runs on, may set a small number of functional cookies if you leave a comment or log in to an account. These are not used to track you across other sites.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@mcelectric-ca.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Changes to this policy
If the way we handle information changes, this page will be updated and the date at the top revised.
